"FIRST IMPRESSIONS WAS ABLE TO CLEAN A SPOT IN THE CARPET THAT STANLEY STEEMER FAILED TO REMOVE ON TWO OPPORTUNITIES. They are courteous, polite, prompt and do a great job! No negative comments - very satisfied!! Maybe try charging a little bit more (but not for us!!). Benefits we received are a clean carpet with honest and professional work ethics."
