I recently purchased a “new” rug from a big box furniture store.  It showed up filthy.  We couldn’t return it.  Then my new puppy decided the rug was a bathroom. I tried to clean it myself and pretty much thought the $1000 rug was ruined. Then my wife found First impressions.  From the start the interaction was professional and the fees were transparent. We agreed on a price to clean the rug with the expectation set that the rug would probably have some discoloration from my attempts to clean it. I have to say the rugs in all the rooms & steps all came out beautiful! Aaron did an excellent job! I also thank my friend Beth Smith from Emmaus Church for highly recommended First Impressions! She knew I needed my rugs clean bad! Now my rugs all look perfectly clean & pure white. The rugs smells beautifully! Had a wonderful experience working with Kurt on our cotton blend flatweave rug! There was a ton of dirt buildup and tough stains from our dog/coffee, and he returned it good as new. You can tell he’s really passionate about his work and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
